Styling a Coffee Table: Fall Edition

How to Style Your Coffee Table like a Pro for Fall!

If you are coming from Crazy Chic Design, welcome! We are so glad you clicked your way here! We have teamed up with some fabulous bloggers to bring you a monthly post on coffee tables and how we style them!

One of the biggest seasonal changes you can make in your home is decorating your coffee table. We are constantly changing up our coffee tables with different accessories, especially at the change of each season.

For fall we both added a pop of gold in the mix of cozy textures and warm color tones. Let's start with Lacey's Coffee table...

I'm obsessed with anything and everything gold right now (yup that includes rose gold too) not only in home decor but my jewelry, makeup- eyeshadow and HIGHLIGHTER, yes please!. Honestly I'll take everything in gold! K thanks! ;)

On my coffee table I added a large gold vase next to a fall floral arrangement. I placed these two items next to each other to create different heights. By creating different heights it allows the eye to bounce, which is always aesthetically pleasing!

On the other end of my coffee table I placed this large gold leaf tray filled with sparkly gold and copper pumpkins! Having all my accessories in the same color palette creates a cohesive flow!

Now moving on to Kim's Coffee table in her living room!

I too love gold and I find it to be perfect for fall as it totally goes with the warm color tones of fall that I bring out in my throw pillows and accessories. In my living room I like to "do up" my coffee table very glam, much more so then the rest of my house!

One thing I love to add to my coffee table is coffee table books! They can add height, texture, and can be a perfect pedestal for a sparkly gold pumpkin :)

I like to use trays on my coffee tables, like this antique gold tray that corral some of my favorite fall items; a tall vase with leaves and twigs, an antique gold candle stick, and a leopard print velvet pumpkin.  These pieces together create a perfect fall vignette!
